About Me
I'm a researcher in AI and mobile robotics and currently a PhD candidate with a background in computer science and control engineering. My work centers on developing advanced perception and navigation algorithms for ground-based mobile robots, with a particular focus on semantic mapping and navigation.
I'm passionate about Robotics, Automotive, and Aerospace, and I thrive in both team environments and leadership roles. At present, I'm working as the Technical Coordinator of the Perceptive Navigation group at the Robotics Lab of Leonardo SpA to enhance robots’ capabilities in object detection, re-identification, localization, and mapping.
Whether it's pushing the boundaries of autonomous navigation or bridging theory with real-world applications, I’m driven by the challenge of building intelligent systems that move, sense, and understand their environments.
